Horrible. After waiting mos for my appoint, i got a call 1 HOUR before telling me NO xrays were in my chart, which were sent weeks earlier. I even called their office to confirm but they never called me back. Yet i got tons of text mess. All i wanted was a cleaning, NO more xrays. Had 2 in one year already which were sent to them. Racket? Maybe an excuse to make money? Then after xrays were sent they refused to take them. And waited jus 1 HOUR before my appoint to tell me, forcing me to get xrays from them or miss my appoint. WHICH I MISSED. Even tho I was able to call previous dentist immed which quickly sent my xrays over, they refused to take them.
Unreal. Fyi, I AM NOT GOING to GET NEW XRAYS everytime i want try a new dentist or go in just to get my teeth cleaned. And Its NOT about money, i have insurance. ITS ABOUT ME. Why should i put myself thru that. All i wanted was to find a dentist close to me that i like. Had deep cleaning 9 mos earliet in Pt Char but its too far. So i thought i would try someone new and closer.
This dental office was a waste of my time. Esp after waiting all that time. So this office WILL NOT BE MY NEW DENTIST. Jus to think they waited just 1 HOUR before my appoint to tell me. And knowing that my previous dentist said 100% that they sent my xrays weeks earlier and confirmed that they were sent. This is a BAD SIGN. Appears to be about money or locking you into this office. Not the patient. Who wants to go thru xrays everytime? Must be about their ad for a CHEAP cleaning.
