        Park management needs better maintenance department as well as new maintenance employees. The 2 we currently have are lacking skills. 1 is a bully and the other one hides in his golf cart all day and does nothing. This is not to mention absorbent monthly lot rental for very few amenities. Maybe time for a change?

        The one home I was sent to look around the property of was totally unkempt but the office staff was wonderful, and looking forward to working with them in the future.

        I live in Featherock. The community center is the place to go for fellowship. The activities are lots of fun. They have bingo every Monday night and I really enjoy going. As a 55+ community I really feel very safe and comfortable. I have no qualms about walking in the community. The people here are very nice.
