Biggest waste of time and money Ive ever spent. Property management or nothing but slum lords. Trailer are old and in horrible shape. This place shouldve been condemned a looonngg time ago. No matter what the tell you please dont rent here.

I see a lot of bad comments on this business, so I'd like to take time to write about my experiences with this company. The application process was explained to me very thoroughly from the Valrico office property manager. The process was very simple, the application fee was only $30.00 per adult. Pricing for the homes can be found on craigslist which is helpful because the pricing for the home isn't given until the day of the application. With the recent price increase in rentals in the area, they still have affordable pricing. I found out that I was approved, the property manager put together a quote for me and my move in quote was EXTREMELY affordable. I got a move in quote from invitation homes and it was well over $7,000 to move in, as to where it was only just over $2,000 to move in here! My home was move in ready and Victoria made sure my transition into my new home was smooth! People hardly write good reviews so I feel compelled to put this information out there. They have been extremely professional in my experience and if you have time to chat with members of the community you will find everyone here loves their home and property manager on site! I would definitely recommend Homes of America for your next rental. Especially if you are on a budget!!!
