Went to this cigar shop On the 14th of March. It was my first time stepping in there. I was welcomed by a gentleman named Tony. He was so knowledgeable and welcoming. Showed me the entire place and even said to me, everyone is a member. I sat down and enjoyed my cigars for about two hours and then headed home. Thanks for a great experience. This guy makes you feel at home.

I was a repeat customer and considered this place a semi regular spot to go unwind. I was made to feel unwelcome by the same person Mr. Swanson is referencing in his 1 star review a few months ago. There are two owners, one I believe his name is John is great. The other, Angel I believe is his name, is down right rude. The non-owning staff have been nothing but welcoming. I have a newborn at home and was just trying to relax my first few hours to myself in months, I don't get a lot of sleep and burned the end of the cigar a little bit. Angel proceeds to just stare at me with a condescending look and after a few minutes "You know you burned the end of the cigar" then just continues with the same condescending stare. I decided I would address it after he walked away and came back. I asked him why he would make me feel unwelcome to which he coyly tried to play off. I told him what he said along with his condescending look was not appreciated. I got the weakest apology ever with a "butt I'm not doing too good, can you hear me I can barely talk. I have to work all night like this." Well, Angel... You were able to find your voice long enough to be rude to a customer and then proceed to be dismissive and not care.

Great service with a large selection. The owners are great and know their products.
