I am preparing to sell a home that was badly damaged by tenants. I had my rental management company's handymen doing some of the repairs, but they found water damage to a large area of subflooring and joists which was beyond their skills to repair. I called K&E. Edward answered the phone immediately. He went out the next day, sent pictures, and quoted. I had called a few other contractors, but found them not as reliable and accessible. The price quoted by K&E worked for my budget so I contracted with them. I really appreciate Edward's, Katharine's and Ritas communication through the project. Within 2 weeks, the project was done! I use this company to get some sections of the suffit fixed. They were very responsive when we were working on getting the contract signed and they showed up on time the day of the repair. Danny was very friendly and knowledgeable. He even noticed there was another small section of the soffit that was not in the work order, but he took care of it Anyways. I have nothing but good things to say about this company, and I will definitely use them again and will recommend them.
