        Stephen is a sorry excuse for a store manager. Never do you speak to a customer the way he did and then isn't even man enough to look me in the face when I say something to him about it. Do better Stephen.

        Stopped in today to test my trucks battery. I was assisted my one gentlemen and he tested and helped me to purchase the battery. Since he was done for the day he had Ben takeover. Ben installed the battery and did a great job cleaning the connections installing the battery and making sure everything was tight and secure. Both men delivered exceptional customer service. I believe it was Bruce and Ben that helped me. I really appreciate Bens attention to detail and focus on the task at hand. Really was a great experience. Thanks for the help.
