I had a great experience with the customer service & repair work by Crash Champions. They were recommended to me by Allstate after my son was unable to avoid running into & over a bicycle that was in the middle of the road on the Leroy Selmon Expressway. They cancelled an appointment and called with a phone number showing up as potential spam. No voice mail. No one else to take appointment. Worse customer service I have had in a long time. My first impression is stay away from this place!!

I truly am so impressed with this place. My Civic is my baby and they did a great job doing repairs and making sure they didn't rush the process. I cannot thank them enough for understanding my concerns! Lifetime warranty as well so that is very comforting! Thanks so much guys!

I had a very pleasant experience with Crash Champions. I was rear-ended while stopped at a traffic light. My insurance carrier recommended Crash Champions to fix my back bumper. I was also provided with a rental car to use while my car was being repaired. From the moment I walked into the office, the staff was courteous, attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. They explained the whole process and gave me an estimate as to when my car would be fixed. They provided continuous updates on the status of the job. The original estimate was one week to complete the repairs. I dont like to be without my car because I am a professional magician and I keep many of my supplies and wardrobe in my vehicle. I have three upcoming shows on the weekend and figured I would have to use the rental car to get to the shows. Then, they notified me that the repairs would be completed sooner than originally stated. I picked up my car this morning and am relieved that I will be able to use it for the shows this weekend. These guys are better magicians than me; they fixed my car in the blink of an eye. The owner, Harry, also gave me advice on how I could go about fixing previous damage to my vehicle that happened a year ago. He gave me an estimate and a time frame for that work. I will definitely use them to fix this other damage to my car. I couldnt be happier with the service at Crash Champions. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs bodywork done on their car. Fair pricing, quick service, quality workmanship, and honest straight talk.
