        Their website is so poorly built, it's always messed up. It can be impossible to actually make a payment. Their payment due date is on a weekend making it impossible to contact support when needed most. Expect fees as well.

        Speaking strictly about the customer service representative (CSR) at the desk/counter when customers walk in > I received great service earlier today. Katrina (the CSR) was friendly, courteous, professional and extremely helpful. She was able to assist me with my account and I really appreciate her explaining everything in a clear, concise explanation. She also is personable, and we had a little chat about our respective kids. I like when a CSR can relate with you as the customer. To be honest, it is one of the reasons I am thankful to live in a 'small' town(s), and being able to experience the friendly atmosphere in dealing with locally owned businesses.

        Had a leak in the hot water tank. Made an appointment right away. The gentleman Fillippe made it a priority and i had a team of professionals taking out the old and installing the new water heater in less than 2 hours. Thank you guys so much!!
