Elizabeth my service agent contacted me today at 10:12am to tell me she was on her way. I explained I was unavailable until noon, that the widow safelight booked was 12-5. Elizabeth then informed me hours had changed due to holiday and she would be done at 1pm. I said, ok I'll be there at noon. She huffed at me and said, I'm not staying past 1!" I rushed to return home and called her at 11:42 to let her know I was ready at her convenience. Elizabeth replied, I'll be there in an hour. She showed up at 12:30ish. I said hello and commented her day had been busier than she expected. No response, mulish face. When she discovered I was expecting a replacement not a repair, she called office and tells them she needs to book a new appointment. That's how I found out nothing was taking place today. I realized good help is hard to find...but this young woman's attitude needs an overhaul from to to bottom! SERVICE INDUSTRY MEANS MANNERS ELIZABETH! Merry Christmas

Safelite Mobile Service in Fort Walton Beach Florida installed a blurry windshield in my car that had two chips in it. The technician arrived on time, and was very curtious and very professional. Unfortunately, I did not discover the defects until after the technician was gone. The windshield had two very distinct blurry spots that distorted the view of oncoming cars which made it dangerous to drive. The technician did not clean the windshield very good before he left. When I clean the windshield, I discovered the two chips on the driver side. I called their customer service center and left a message. They never returned my call until 3 days later. After making several phone calls to several Safelite numbers I was able to talk to a person to get it scheduled to be replaced 60 miles away at Panama City Safelite. Safelite at Panama City did an awesome job and accomplished it in 45 minutes with a high quality windshield. If I need my windshield replaced again in the future, I will more than likely use Panama City Safelite and not their mobile service. Service: Windscreen replacement

The technician showed up said he couldn't replace the windshield and then took the trim of the windshield!! I've reached out several times when I made the appointment I was able to call and they answered right away but now I can't even get a person to answer the phone!! Don't fall for this scam they have no customer service and don't even care if their techs provide zero service and take the customers property!! Don't use this company!!!
