Hired Mike to repair a shed door. I gave him 50% down before work began. He gave me five dates that he would begin work but each time he didn't show up nor did he call before or after with an explanation for the no show. Then he called late Saturday saying he was going to come by and begin work at 4pm. I told him no and that I was done with him and wanted my deposit back. That was more than two weeks ago and now he won't answer phone calls or texts. We're going to go to court.

8 November 2021: Did you change your hours of operation? I stopped by to get my refund, but no one was there. I came during your posted business hours. You have my number, contact me so I can get my money back. 14 October 2021: UPDATE: It's funny, I'm the only one who gave you a review. I also gave you a 5 star review because, WHEN YOU ACTUALLY SHOW UP, you are polite, professional and a hard worker. However, you offered a 2 year warranty on your work. When I call and let you know my skylight is still leaking approximately 1 month after you repaired it, you never back show up. I guess I was wrong. 25 June 2021: Mike Archer is a great guy! Answered the phone immediately, gave a free quote same day and repaired a leak the next day. Didn't try to sell me a whole new roof or additional "problems"! Checked out my entire roof without me asking, and said it was in great shape and even commended the installation company. Straight shooter - very respectful and clean.
