Mary Beth did an exceptional job helping my husband and I find the right home when he was recruited to work in Tampa in 2021! The very first neighborhood she suggested was the one we chose. We moved during a challenging time from a buyers perspective -- inventory was low. She spent countless hours driving us around neighborhoods near New Tampa to look at resales and new builds. Mary Beth is her client's best advocate. She is very knowledgeable and Mary Beth does everything in her power to meet and exceed her clients/new for life friends expectations. If your desire for realtor is to give you 110%, Mary Beth IS NOT for you. She doesn't know that low of commitment to her clients. Mary Beth will get our recommendations from now on!! Mary Beth has be amazing! Hands down the best we have ever worked with. She kept us updated every step of the way. We never had to reach out to her first, she was always one step ahead of us.
