We highly recommend Tom Donnelly Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing services. From the initial call for service to the completion of the job, they have been professional, courteous, and thorough. Dale and Jason did an excellent job replacing our kitchen faucet and drainage system. They were knowledgable, highly skilled, and very conscientious. And they also did a fantastic job with the after-installation clean-up. Thank you, Tom Donnelly Plumbing for another superior upgrade to our home!

Great service! Prompt, affordable, professional and knowledgeable. Our service techs, Dale and Jason, were excellent! Our water heater went out the evening of 3/18. The next day (3/19) we called Tom Donnelly Plumbing and were given a quote over the phone. We found that not all companies are willing to provide a quote for water heater replacement/install over the phone. Their pricing was on par if not lower than other places. They were able to get us on the schedule for the following date (3/20). Dale and Jason gave me a call when they were roughly 15 minutes away and showed up during the window provided. They were very efficient, and even snaked our laundry drain for us. The whole job was done in about an hour. I am almost always skeptical of professional service people and expect upsells or other "issues" but they proved me wrong! We will definitely be customers in the future!

The owner came out and gave me a verbal quote to address several issues of concern. Stated it would be a full day job, would need to bring equipment to dig a 30 ft. ditch to septic. I offered to pay advance deposit & explained that I wouldn't be available that day due to a funeral. He stated " no problem I know you are not going anywhere ". Water heater replumbing was not done, couple other small items as well. They did add 1 additional faucet. It took 4 hours total with no equipment. As soon as the employees finished my son was presented a bill demanding payment. He notified me, 30 minutes later the office called me with same message. Pay now. I stated several things were not done & would like to review the bill with owner. Told her it would be about an hour before I could get back. Wanted me to leave a large amount of cash in thier overnight drop box without a reciept. I made a special trip immediately to pay at their office. The only way to shut them up. Should be 1 star but I'm not that petty. Very disappointed in the whole process.
