The name says it all: *Informed* Inspection Rick is a pleasure to work and he is very very knowledgeable! Before the inspection began he took the time to ask me about my interests and goals for the property, which I appreciated. Then he invited me to shadow him during the inspection. During the inspection, Rick educated me on the systems of the home, how they should function, and he even gave me recommendations on it might take to fix an issue and who to call for advice. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. On top of all that, his inspection services are budget-friendly! Thank you Rick
