        The environment Angela and Anson have created to share their energy is welcoming and inclusive for all levels. Anson put together a relaxing stretch sequence tailored to our groups needs, it was a great team building activity. Some in our group have never done yoga before and they absolutely fell in love with it. Highly recommended for beginners to experienced yogis

        We are full time on the road. So I stop in at yoga studios all the time. The Yoga Loft was exceptional. As soon as you walk in, you feel the personal touch and professionalism of the studio. Anson adapted the class for everyone from beginners to more advanced. He had a natural flow to the class. He was well prepared and ready to change the class based on the students. His verbal instructions were great. I will be back!!!
