I ordered a bouquet for a friend in Titusville. I wanted a local florist and I was assured that it was. I requested to be delivered the day after Mothers Day, the bouquet was beautifully detailed and delivered on time. When my wife saw the picture of what was delivered, she exclaimed "they are breathtaking"! The person that received them loved them. A spectacular experience! The arrangement was exquisite and gorgeous, exactly what I was hoping for, but more importantly, they told me when I could expect the delivery, messaged me when it was out for delivery and then took a photo of the recipient with the delivery - par excellence for customer service. Highly recommend What Really Matters!

Susan went above and beyond for my friend's bouquet. I wanted to send a "thinking of you" arrangement since her beloved kitty was going through a major surgery. The price was great and the bouquet was HUGE! Much larger than I expected for the price. My friend loved it so much she cried and the kitty patient got up and sniffed the flowers too! Thank you so much Susan! I'm from SC and not from the area, so I'm glad I trusted my gut and went with your store!
