        The staff is great. Service can be slow at times, but nothing unreasonable. The food is what you would expect at Krystal, which happens to be one of my favorite fast food places.

        Decided to take a out of town ride to Krystal's, Was their on 03/23/24 @ 1:04 pm, was eat in not drive thru, had no tea 1st sign, smelled grease nasty 2nd sign, 20 minutes later got other persons order. 15 minutes later got our food when went to counter for refund that was told that they don't cancel orders or refunds & was cold & barely edible, we ate 2 cheese sliders or whatever called and was soggy and the most sloppy sandwichs & fries I've ever had, will never go back or recommend, going to look up any violations. Kid-friendliness: Be scarry
