My insurance listed them as a provider. Arrived for appt. and was told they dont accept the insurance. Made a subsequent appt. Was told they overbooked and I would have to wait or reschedule. Made an appt. the next day. Received call that just to get in the door would be $263. I said I just want someone to look at my denture for a repair. Same cost. They advertise a $39 insurance program which provides free exam and X-rays. Didnt mention that. I thought Aspen would be better than the Walmart type dentist offices like Coast and Sage, but was mistaken. Heres an update on the money mongers at Aspen Dental in Titusville. I discovered the reason I was not eligible for their $39 program a month ago was you have to have no insurance to be eligible for it. If they dont accept your insurance, they consider you have insurance and have to pay out of pocket! Really? I changed insurance and called for an appointment. I was told free exam just to order new partial denture. The same rep from Aspen from last year called to make more money. She told me that since I now have insurance they accept that my insurance would be billed $269 for the appointment. I asked if I had no insurance if the appointment would be free. She said yes. No wonder insurance costs are outrageous. Although this was not money out of my pocket, the principle dictated I cancel the appointment. I now will take my $2K insurance and $5K cash elsewhere. Unfortunate since Im 1 mile from their office.

They said they "overbooked" and had to cancel some people's appointments. But I noticed the ones getting cancelled were people with no insurance. I guess that'd what happens if you don't have insurance. They just tell you to deal with it.

Terrible service. Very rude. Made an appointment, and they canceled my appointment and never notified me or told me why. This is not the first time this happened.

I had lost a filling last night while I was in Titusville, Florida. I am a snowbird and my normal dentist is in NY state. I made the appointment on the internet for 11:00. am. I got there early, filled out the necessary paperwork and was in on time. X-ray and filling was done and I was back in my car by 11:38. The staff was very professional and very nice. I could not have been happier with the appointment. Thanks.
