        Only one visit so far but with my dental anxiety, I can say they were amazing. I felt comfortable and while I thought there was a lot going on with my teeth, they didn't seem to upsell me at all, like some dentists do. Will definitely be back!

        Consequently, I will no longer be a member of this dentist's practice as of today despite my attendance at this location for years along with my family . In particular, I am dissatisfied with the reception staff at the front desk. Despite having booked an appointment at 12 p.m., I have spent two hours waiting in the parking lot due to a confusion regarding my insurance. In less than 20 minutes after the insurance confusion was resolved (less than 20 minutes), I was given a later appointment due to its outstanding staff attendance at lunch. It is now 2 p.m. and I am still waiting. Despite it being the closest to my home, I would prefer to travel a longer distance in order to feel valued as a patient.
