Sunrise Bread Co

I really wanted to love this place. At first glance, the choice of pastries and menu looks amazing. Customer service is pleasant. It wasn't until we tasted our coffee and saw our sandwiches that we knew the money spent wasn't worth it. We ordered one hot and one iced coffee, both were extremely watered down and weak. I spoke up about it and was offered a shot of espresso which I really appreciate. The two stars are for customer service only. We also ordered a bacon egg and cheese and roast beef sandwich. The egg sandwich was bland and tasteless. The roast beef was better but both were on soggy white bread which goes without saying is a huge disappointment for a cafe/coffee shop. I'm glad I tried Sunrise Bread because I drive by it constantly but I won't be back.

You Wait forever in line to be waited on only 1 cashier. Then we got our food. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. The egg appeared to be a round frozen egg. I thought there was bacon on it, but turns out its a small round burnt egg about the size of McDonalds egg only much, much thinner. $9.02 for bread burnt egg and bacon. Just a horrible sandwich. I would not recommend to anyone. Ive heard negative comments but figured I do my own check in. Next time Ill listen. Yuk!!! My wife tried to order a biscuit and gravy but a bakery was out of biscuits at 10:30am? Shame on this place for trying to be a restaurant. Stay a bakery! Love going here. It's my go to morning motorcycle ride for coffee. Glad I don't live close because I would be there everyday. Food is always fresh. They do sell out. Thank goodness you can order online for pick up in advance. I live for the zucchini muffins. I put in the order the night before. Everything I've had there is great. Never disappointed Kid-friendliness: Kids are allowed. However, they are not allowed upstairs. But upstairs is more like a quiet lounge to relax socially or do work.

Service was very nice but unfortunately the food was yucky. Just horrible. We ordered two breakfast sandwiches minus the bacon. The egg was a weird flavorless watered down concoction. The jalapeno bread was stale and very chewy and the biscuit was very sugary. The coffee was also VERY watered down. The restaurant was cold and Nirvana was blaring, which is just not nice music to listen to when you want to have a relaxing and pleasant experience. It was not a nice atmosphere at all. We won't return.
