        When Firestone needs a part.for a customer that has a lifetime warranty. And that customer moves out of state. Then you as a part store don't want to warranty that part no longer is messed up. My understanding a new store manager is doing this at the Titusville parts store location. I will no longer purchase anything from this parts store at any location. Or do business with any Firestone Bridgestone company. A complaint will also going to be placed with Bridgestone. To a responding manager. Don't bother. You'll make yourself a fool by doing so.

        I like that they helped me replace my car parts, but they seriously need to work on customer service and how to speak to customers. As someone who doesnt buy parts often, I feel like the man that helped me was very rude and condescending. Ive asked basic questions and he would go yeahhhh??? Like Im stupid. And if Im paying $60+ I have every right to ask if they can assist on helping me replace the parts. I am not here to get attitude; I am here to receive a service.
