Greentek Roofing & Solar, LLC

UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! This morning I received notification along with a photo/video (attached) from my home surveillance system advising that a person was in my backyard. After reviewing the video, I saw an unidentified/unknown man in my backyard looking around at my home and the property next door. I checked outside and noticed the man was parked in an unmarked Silverado at the property next door and asked how could I help as I saw that he had been in my backyard. The man advised that he was with Greentek Roofing & Solar, LLC ("Greentek") and had taken it upon himself to trespass onto my property so that he could get good pictures of the property next door. I advised him that my property is private and that he was not to return unless otherwise authorized by me, the land and property owner. He apologized and eventually left. However, a couple hours later two more men from Greentek arrived and began to have conversation with the property owner from next door. All three men began pointing, gossiping and laughing about falsehoods I overheard the other property owner (whom I do not know and haven't spoken one word to in 11 years) saying as it relates to myself and another neighbor having absolutely nothing to do with him. I contacted Greentek and reported the trespassing incident as well as the behavior of their men attempting to become involved in something having nothing to do with them. I initially spoke to Courtney who seemed extremely unprofessional and carefree about the situation and when I finally asked for a manager, she claimed to be one. Eventually a woman took over the call in a very loud and obnoxious voice and identified herself as "Mrs. DiFranco," perhaps somehow related to the owner of the company. She began yelling over me and immediately stated that its all just a misunderstanding and was extremely nasty about the entire ordeal. She also only seemed concerned if I were an actual customer and less about the fact that one of her men was found trespassing onto my property or the other two men behaving like children laughing, pointing and illustrating extremely juvenile behavior in response to something they have absolutely NOTHING to do with. I believe it is very simple to focus on the nature of the appointment and not to become involved in absolute nonsense being spewed from the mouth of an ignorant and disgruntled individual. In this case, the men from Greentek clearly lost sight of this super simple task. While I cannot speak for others, only myself, based on my experience today and the experiences of others that have rated this company LOW (at least one with a similar experience), I would never do business with Greentek. They seem to not have respect for the property of others nor the appropriate level of leadership to express concerns of the public to!

Greentek did a great job. Came in the morning and was finished later that afternoon. Left the yard probably cleaner than before they began to work on the roof. Communicated well with me about any changes to the schedule via phon. text and email.

Chris and his construction crew were amazing. Chris ahlquist was great to deal with handled every situation and made me feel as if I was dealing with him and his guys instead of getting that typical dealing with a company feeling
