This review goes out to the staff in particular the Employee who works the front desk she always pushes patients aside never answers the phone and treats the elderly patients wrong by the lies she feeds them

These people as professionals have absolutely nothing. My wife went almost without breathing at the request of the doctor who treated her the day before, still feeling bad, for an injection to open her bronchi and we went at 11:40am and the receptionist told her that they were at lunch or break and told us to come back later. And so we did, we went later to be told that the doctor had already chosen the people counted for today seeing that we were in the ward and my wife couldn't breathe. What a shame that we are reaching this limit with human health. And it's not the first time this has happened and I always told my wife, change like I did. I do not recommend this place, gentlemen, better go to Sanitas on Temple Terrace. These people as professionals have absolutely nothing. They never answer their phone

New patient here and I was told multiple times to come 30 min before my 1pm appt. I show up at 12:30 and they are closed for lunch. Not sure why I was told to show up during there lunch break.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Me and my wife were very skeptical about coming here due to bad past doctor experiences, My wife doesnt have health insurance so they were able to go off her pay stubs and the prices were so low we thought it was a joke! We were in complete distress and the staff was amazing, doctor Medidi WAS PHENOMENAL! AMAZING bedside manner, outstanding knowledge and skills! Its so hard to find an office and doctor like this nowadays. Coming here was the best decision they really care.
