Communication is great and they did resolve our immediate issues when we had them in the beginning. However, most of the plants died and the landscape lighting is horrendous. I had asked for low maintenance flowers. I followed the instructions that were given to me but I think because of where they were placed, everything died. When designing, the sales man should know how much sunlight or how little sunlight each plant needs. I made sure to communicate this with the designer/salesman. Also, the Alliance lights they use are horrible! They have a color changing feature which is very appealing but they work on Bluetooth. You can never get them to connect and then they want you to purchase the BT extender. Just don't bother. I am hoping I can return the lights for a refund and possibly get compensation for all the dead plants.
