Sometimes you just got to get grounded with nature. Plenty of it here and not many other people walk the trail. When you got to get away its the place to be

The trails are usually quiet with only the sounds of animals scurrying in the woods and birds twittering. The trails can be very wet and muddy in rainy season. The trails are shaded by large oak limbs covered in ferns and draped with Spanish moss. Some parts of the trails are full sun. Bring water, wear sunscreen and dont forget bug spray! Enjoy this trail which is historic and a part of old Florida.
