Dr. Hayes is an amazing doctor. He is empathetic, cares about his patients and is proactive. I thank God for sending Dr Hayes my way. His bedside manner is wonderful as well. Ive had a successful double transplant thanks to him and his help. He is a very optimistic doctor. I always send patients to him because I know he can help them the way he helped me. I love my children and am thank to God and Dr. Hayes to still be here with them, making memories every single day.

Dr. Hayes is one of the most positive people I have ever encountered. That vibrant attitude is something sorely missing from today's medicine practices. His positive attitude is quite contagious and helps all the more for people suffering through renal disease. I have also had the pleasure of dealing with Dr. Calliste, she is professional and seems extremely knowledgeable. I feel that I am in good hands under their care.

They dont have a website and cannot tell you over the phone what insurance companies they accept. The receptions Camille is also the office the office manager and stated there is no person above her that I could speak with. I have to have my doctor submit a referral to them, they will run an eligibility check on my insurance then get back with me to let me know if they will take my insurance. They do take many insurance companies but they just cant tell me which ones they take.
