CROOKED BUSINESS PRACTICE!! I was given an estimate for $149.00 to re-glue a crown that came off and had to sign an agreement to pay that amount after being Xrayed and seeing Dr. Tram. I then sat in the chair 1-1/2 hours while Dr. Tran took care of other patients. When I went to pay I was told $239.00. When I questioned the price difference I was told it was for extra xrays. No one ever came in to tell me that the price will be higher than I agreed to. Since there were no complications they know what's required for a simple crown re-glue. BEWARE !!!!!

I was lucky enough to have a friend refer me to this office. Everyone, from the folks taking phone calls to the dentist were not only professional, but patient and kind. Procedures and the reason for them were explained in full and the staff was open to answering any questions I may have had. Notably, the hygienist, Tracey and the dental assistant, Jocelyn were informative and so pleasant. Dr. Tran also was very personable and conscientious. At this point, I've only had a cleaning done, but I'm confident that if other procedures are necessary, I'll be in the right hands.

The front office staff goes above and beyond when assisting me. All the staff I have met in the back office assisting with my fillings, crowns and Invisalign appliances were patient and listened to my concerns. Dr.Tran is an excellent dentist and has helped tremendously with my fear of hoing to the dentist.

All of the staff is wonderful. Everyone is kind, patient, and professional. The location is very convenient, especially from Middleton. I highly recommend this office.
