We Have used Kristen Danzig on selling and buying 4 homes. She has always gone above and beyond to make sure our closings went smoothly. She is very thorough and competent in what she does. She would search for permits to make sure they were closed out. She would check to make sure all the information on the home was correct, like roof life etc. She always had our best interest at heart. She is the BEST!
