Exceptional service! I have said multiple times that our connection with Bill Lyons was divine intervention. He was absolutely wonderful to work with and made the process of buying our new home so easy. Bill's construction background, local knowledge and market experience was very helpful and he was honest and upfront with us about everything while we were looking at houses, which most was done by video call. Once we found our home, Bill gave us great advice with our offer & we were under contract before we knew it. He walked everything through the entire purchase process and was always available to answer questions. There was amazing synergy with the lender and title offices, everything was really just seamless. Everyone involved works very well together, we closed in only 21 days. We cannot say enough about the level of service we received & how ecstatic we are to have found and purchased our dream home. Helpful and Efficient . I came to sell my brother's condo after he unexpectedly passed. Dealing with probate while out of state poses additional challenges to the sale of a property. Bill was incredibly helpful through the whole process. He walked me through the steps and took care of everything that he could so that things went smoothly for me. It was really a relief to work with someone so reliable and efficient, especially given the circumstances. I would recommend Mr. Lyons regardless of the situation that leads you to sell a property.
