I can’t say enough good things abt RT. I own a wealth mgmt firm and am generally skeptical when working with other professionals in the space. Even though he came highly recommended, I still had my doubts. Well, we closed on a property in Miami Monday this week and I can say unequivocally that Robert was incredible. Whip smart. Quick on text and email. Controlled the deal. Knows the market and more importantly, how to play the game. Total pro. If you’re questioning whether he’s the guy, I can say with close to 100p confidence, he is.

We were referred to Keyes Realty by a friend as we were planning to relocate from NJ to FL. Rob Toscanini contacted us and we spoke at length about the type of retirement home we were looking for. He seemed to understand us and immediately started sending us properties to review through the Keyes App. Afterwards he requested feedback and used that feedback to zero in on the perfect home for us. The properties that we were really interested in he showed us via video from his phone. After a few months of virtually looking at homes we flew down and Rob spent 4-5 days showing us properties non stop that he thought we would like. Throughout The process no matter what time we called or texted him he responded almost immediately. We finally found our dream house and Returned to NJ. Rob continued to assist with the purchase by following up with the mortgage & title company as well as the Sellers realtor in order to make sure that everything went smoothly for us. Rob was a pleasure to work with and a really nice guy. He went above and beyond our expectations and is the best realtor we have ever worked with. He has a strong work ethic, complete knowledge of the Florida real estate market and was super attentive to our needs. Keyes is lucky to have him on their team. We highly recommend Rob Toscanini!
