My experience with Brandywine Homes USA has been very positive. From the very beginning when I scheduled my viewing of the house Aimee went above and beyond to help me. She followed up with phone calls, and e-mails. During the application process she kept consistent communication with me, sent me an e-mail to congratulate me, as well as step-by-step instructions to complete prior to my move in date. I am so appreciative of her help during this stressful time looking for a house. When I communicated with Katia, who is the property manager, she responded to my e-mail and answered all my questions. I received a welcome letter prior to my move in date along with a copy of the resident handbook. If I could give 10 stars rating for Aimee and Katia I would. RENTERS BEWARE!!!! This is a horrible company. I rented a home for 10 years. The first 7 were find and then Brandywine homes USA bought the property. Over the next 3 years they would over double my rent but did no improvements. It's an older home in a older neighborhood that was becoming a hotspot to live and rent was sky rocketing. Then last winter I had surgery and had complications and fell behind in my rent. I had a friend offer to pay the three months I was behind but Brandywine refused to accept payment from him and filed for eviction. I lived alone and was still very ill and recently diagnosed with cancer. I was trying to move things out on my own and it was one day past the 3 day notice when I finally found some help. But Katia with Brandywine showed up with a sheriff and made me stop. I explained that I had been ill and asked for 5 hours to finish moving my things but she refused. She then told me that I would be given a chance to get my belongings but she lied and then avoided me. I was then told they would tell me when my things would be removed from the home and I could collect them then, but again she lied and by the time I got to the home everything I own had been thrown out in the yard and destroyed. She is a nasty heartless poor excuse of a human being and this is an evil slumlord company that should be shut down
