Communication in leasing office is awful

This is a very beautiful place and I wouldve loved to lived here but the communication with the leasing office is AWFUL. I applied on Tuesday 10/3 hoping to move in that same week on Saturday 10/7. I was told they werent able to see my credit or do a background check and Im not sure how thats even possible when other places had no problem doing that. They never respond when I email and I just wanted an update on what was happening. I would call multiple times in 1 day and no one would pick up. It took days for someone to finally call me and when they did (it was almost a week) I was told my income from work + my student refund check would be fine but now Im being told I dont make enough and they never received my bank statement for my student refund check so I emailed it on Monday 10/9 and still havent received a response back. I understand the app and admin fee is non refundable but I should get a refund when no one responds to my email or calls.

The leasing office reps have the worst attitude ever. They can't even bother to follow their own damn office hours or pick up calls. I've been stuck waiting on hold for an eternity, like 60-90 minutes, and half the time they're not even around. And if you do catch them, they act like you're a nuisance. Oh, and don't even get me started on the so-called "gated" community it's a joke. The main gates are always busted, and they take forever to fix them. Packages? Yeah, they disappear faster than a blink, and management couldn't care less. Living here is bearable, but dealing with leasing office staff is a nightmare!! When you move out, get ready for surprise charges with no explanation/itemized-bill whatsoever! Good luck trying to reach them once you're out it's like talking to a brick wall. Total lack of professionalism and responsibility! I would never recommend anyone staying here, its not worth the price and overhead they give you.

I would hate to live at a property where the office staff never answers the phone. Does anyone even work in the office? No wonder the reviews are trash.

I moved in a few months ago. Irish was professional and helpful in making my transition smooth. I have never seen the manager at all since Ive moved in. The manager responded to one email since I moved in. The manager Amanda said she would fix the issues that was wrong with the apartment and I have not heard anything from the manager. We moved in and the apartment was not cleaned. Mold around sink and faucet. Corners was dusty. Scratches on the tile. Tub and toilet needed to caulked. The vents were dirty and moldy. You dogs popping everywhere and the pet owners not picking up the poop. I called on Thursday about the flood in my garage because some of my furniture was damaged. Went to front office on today no manager. I spoke with maintenance they just came in the garage and just looked and left. Pictures was sent on the day of the incident of everything was damaged.
