As seasonal residents I can rest assured that he will diligently watch our property and address any concerns in a timely manner, including calling tradesman and contractors if required and monitoring their work. His inspections are very thorough and detailed with photos. I would not hesitate to recommend him to other property owners.

Mike and his team are fantastic. Professional, consciousness and extremely reliable. I have complete piece of mind knowing that Mike is monitoring our home when we are not able to be there. He has scheduled and overseen maintenance projects as well as cleaning iterations and his service has been extraordinary. Awesome company.

Mike does an excellent job. He gives us peace of mind when we are away from our Keys home. He gives us pictures of his visit to show us things in our home, i.e. refrigerator temps, circuit breakers, thermostats, overgrown foliage, etc. His wife cleans our house so we can just walk in after being away for awhile. I highly recommend him and his wife to handle the care of your home while away.
