I will NEVER be back! Incredibly expensive. I asked how much it would cost to have my taxes done from the young lady in front. I swear that she said $90 something. Could have been $190. It depended on the forms. Fair enough. Couple of forms for interest and dividends and a royalty. Imagine my surprise that my bill, after the "new" customer discount, was $575! Nearly double what I paid last year for three people, the same forms, plus 4 state income tax forms at a company in another state. Don't go here!

I used the Tavares office last year. Sandra specifically. Unfortunately her demeanor and customer service was disgraceful, not to mention the cost. I told myself I would never return. So this year I thought I would give them the benefit of doubt. Well I walk and someone other than Sandra greets me. I ask what it will cost to prepare my taxes. She takes me we start to discuss and in walks rude Sandra. The taxes preparer asks Sandra what the cost will be and of course as Unfortunately she says it won't be any better than last year. I excuse myself go one mile down the road to the competition and am greeted with professionalism and a 1/4 the cost. Needless to say I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

When you pay 500$ for a simple tax return you expect at least good customer service and communication. Place is dirty. Literally roaches in there. No communication, my tax professional struggled. He was very nice but we dont feel like we got what we paid for. We had minimal documents and they charged us 500$ for what H&R Block usually charges us 300$ and we usually have more items with H&R. Certainly will never be a repeat customer at this place. They will rip you off and I dont think they know what they are doing. Bad judgement on my part for going there.
