        The experience has been sub par two years in a row. Last year we made an appointment and it was confirmed by text message from H and R Block and when we got there, no on could find the appointment. I got assigned after a tax pro became available. This year I went back because I actually liked the person I was assigned (eventually someone took me and my husband in their cubicle). When I got there at my appointment time this year, I was told that person was there but with a new client so I was assigned to another person. We started from zero AGAIN and this Christy person at the Tavares office had attitude from the go. We left without answers to my questions and feeling not confident at all in the tax pros ability. I called the next day to ask a question and left messages without a call back. I called back after almost 4 hours and got Sharon Whitten (or something similar) who had attitude. She was the most unprofessional of all and she HUNG UP on me. Then I received a call back from the person I was assigned to this year. By then I was done with the very sub par, unprofessional and insulting attitude from H and R Block Tax Pros. That is definitely a misnomer (tax Pros) and I will not use H and R block again. Beware, they are not knowledgeable and I caution anyone who goes there to have their taxes done. I have zero confidence in their tax abilities and customer service us the worst!

        Ina S. Flashman is unprofessional ,brazen, and rude. For a Senior Tax Analyst it was absolutely shocking. We actually walked out of the appointment. She was speaking to us as if we were her teenage children. I am wondering if she forgot to take her medication and maybe had way too much caffeine today. I will be filing a complaint with H &R Block. BTW Carolynn, she is not happy that you took her office manager position. (As she was whispering to us behind your back).
