        Drive thru has been closed for weeks. Took me 40 minutes to get someone to answer the phone, and when I did get through to them they couldnt tell me how much longer it would be closed. I will probably just close my my account

        Absolutely no customer service. Why is it no one can ever answer their phone?

        Slow. On the last three occasions that I've been here I've waited in line for an extended period. They only ever have one teller on duty. If you have anything else to do after the bank, you're going to be late for it.
