        Customer service talks to you in a tiny voice and speaks down to you. Storage is advertised at one price, when you get there is 40$+ more. The location is difficult to access. Edit to the reply: It's sad that you made up an illness to cover up an employees pathetic behavior. There was no employee with lyrangitis I had another friend call recently and spoke to the same individual. They got the same condescending tour and price change. Your price did change NOT due to taxes or insurance. What's on the web is not what you pay out the door.

        I have had a storage unit for almost 3 years because of COVID and from Canada and now finally was able to come to Florida to get my belongings. I found the male owner very unfriendly and to my amazement I had to pay for a full month of April after emptying it on the 7th of April - no prorating here and no refund - never had to experience this with any other company. The previous owners did not charge for a full month if only used the unit a few days. Would not recommend this location for storage.

      John, Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you had an undesirable experience at our facility, and you were not given access to a unit that is not in your name. We have a legal obligation to protect our tenants and their personal information, this includes giving access to their unit and the building. Our alternate contacts are another form of contact for our tenant if for any reason we need to get a hold of them and can't seem to. Our new managers follow our policies and procedures strictly to protect our current tenants in all aspects and we appreciate them doing so. We appreciate your understanding.

      Kim, Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, our relief manager had Laryngitis, and her voice was VERY low! I'm sure you can understand. Our rental rates advertised never change when you get into office, you will need to add taxes and insurance. We evaluate rates once a year, not daily on supply and demand like most.
