Jonah Faulkner was my agent. He managed to help me cut my insurance in payment in half, keep the same coverage, gave honest input, and was extremely knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate his patience and kindness as I asked a million questions. Strongly recommend using an agent for purchasing insurance, and considering Goosehead because their customer service, flexibility, and honesty is unprecedented. Jonah actually explained why he couldn't guarantee any outcome and told me when my current insurance was providing the best options. He worked with my budget and managed to do what I would have had to call 15 insurance companies to accomplish.

Jonahs customer service skills were amazing. He was extremely polite when working with me on such short notice. He was extremely thorough and on time when it came to the services he provided. I could not be happier for the level of attentiveness when it came to handling my insurance. 10/10 would work with Jonah again in the future
