Brought our 36 Yellowfin here for paint repairs. Maxs first attempt wasnt that great by his own admission. Relatively new shop that we tried to support but recommend avoiding this shop. After admitting the paint work was flawed he offered no assistance to rectify besides charging me thousands of dollars to just paint the whole boat again. Most professional boat painters can mix, adjust and blend colors to a close match. We were ok with it not being perfect but this was far from it. We ended up not trusting the work to be repaired so paid him in full - just to be threatened with trespassing when we went to get the boat. Luckily the police sided with us and explained he would be charged with grand theft if he didnt release our property. He would not assist lowering the boat back on the trailer despite charging us $400 for that exact service, so we had to use wood blocks and jacks to lower our 15k pound boat back down, while he stood there and watched. He was paid in full for his poor repair work, but dont make the mistake we did and avoid perception marine. Service: General repairs & maintenance
