Black woman behind the counter has the worst attitude ever. Made my whole visit a negative one

First I will say my rating is NOT based on my rep Birk Walton. He was a FANTASTIC REP. I appreciate the fact that I had a hands-on REP that while my business is small, he didnt make make me feel that way he conducted himself an incredibly professional manner with me, as well as my staff, and he will be sorely missed. Thank you Birk for doing such a great job. As for the rating for the company overall lots of products have been removed from their portfolio which is made it difficult to be able to maintain a minimum order. And probably most important is that when Birk was taken off of the account, no one has contacted me to let me know who my rep is and when I contacted the company I was told to call back the next day and somebody could probably help me. I called back the next day and they said I had not been assigned a rep. This was immediately after Birk was no longer my rep. So I just called in my order to the company as I had no one for my REP. After a month or so, I contacted the company again which was today and asked who my rep was. I was told the name, but they did not have a contact number for the individual. Although the lady on the phone was extremely nice and I was very appreciative of that. It still didnt resolve any issues. At some point, I hope to find out who my rep is so that I know who my point of contact should be. Again for those of you that have Birk Walton as your rep youre very fortunate as he is what made the company so positive for me

Stay away from this place,I had a job opportunity elsewhere but chose RNDC.I have a family to feed and this place seemed legit they serenaded us in orientation with pizza and made all sound good but left me out in the cold to freeze.They went on to say we gonna hire you all through a temp service (red flag) and if we like you and you like the job its yours now Im kicking myself and thinking I shouldve took the offer from the other job. Ill admit I do have a past but that didnt limit them to take advantage of me for a month.Fast forward a month later they used me to the point I learned the job in its entirety and sacrificed my body til I had swollen ankles and hands .Now today I get a text stating that I dont meet there hiring guidelines which is very vague.Theres no proper training or direction here my school recommending me here you will be overworked and underpaid

Fast unloading 30 to 1 hour. By appt only. No overnight parking. Can parking on the street or front the customer in another facility.

I have several sushi restaurants. So my last three orders are as follows, My first two were completely incorrect and the wrong product was sent. My last which was suppose to be today never showed up. This company has gone to the crappers. I can't wait for these awful sales people to call me next. Please don't waste your time and go through another distributor . Unprofessional and unorganized .
