I just wanted to start by saying that Cory and his team are amazing, he listens to the customer needs and he gets it done and makes sure that the customer is fully satisfied before leaving. I really recommend anyone to come by and see all the things that they can provide, im happy with my 6" lift and rims and tires thank you Cory and everyone at The Real Wheel

Good day folks! I would like to tell of an experience I had yesterday. Went to a wheel shop I've done business with for a few years now to get work done. I needed new TPM sensors for my truck due to the batteries coming to the end of their life. Bought them from the dealer, removed my wheels and took them to The Real Wheels in Tampa. All I was wanting was the beads broke down sensors replaced. As they were loading them back on my truck, I noticed one out of three only had a new valve stem. Called the tech on it and he said it was just dirt from changing them out. I explained that I took the caps off before I unloaded them so I could see a new bright shiny valve stem. At this point only one out of three was new. I already at this point have been convinced he has taken my new ones for himself and did nothing of what I wanted done. Immediately called their boss over and explained the situation. He apologized and they took them back off my truck and proceeded to fix. I don't appreciate this kind of dishonesty with a business. Folks have enough revenue coming from their budgets to continue progress and keeping their households moving forward. Their boss apologized and was embarrassed, but I don't think they truly felt bad, I believe being caught in that act of "thievery" was what got them. Sad that there is no integrity left in companies anymore. #therealwheelsrealdishonest

I have lost faith in them returning calls. From the day they installed tires and rims on My truck I have had nothing but issues. Within a few thousand miles 1 tires was bad they warranted tire after a few weeks... few more Miles another bad tire. They admitted that amp tires has had some issues 2nd tire warranted. Along with a few more weeks delay. Along with all this the lug nuts were over tighten on my truck snapping the lugs ( I have several pictures and text going back and forth with them) the lugs were never made right. I was told by Sarah that all my tires would be replaced under warranty which has not happened. Now after a few more months of this a 3rd tire is bad it's been several weeks no return call. Along with all this they drove the rear inner dually wheels on with the lugs which are now stuck on the truck (have pictures) placed several call and get the same answer every time is Sarah and Matthew are out of the office. After 5-6 months of back an forth I am now getting no where no results no response. I am out close to 10k with the tires an wheels I purchased from them Along with several weeks of the truck being out of commission due to issues caused by there shop. I purchased new tire to have put on truck from another tire shop due to no response. I still have to deal with the stuck wheels on the truck caused by them. Byers beware they will promise to make good then avoid you. If I could leave no stars I would.
