        The space is beautiful upon entry I was expecting the same entering the room. It wasnt terrible but standard. The equipment wasnt working properly during the service so I had to go without. I dont have this equipment at home so it was a let down that I wasnt able to experience it there. Also, the products used on my skin wasnt the best for my skin, it felt heavy and greasy. I have normal/dry skin and the products just didnt penetrate into my skin. I must say the ladies that serviced us were kind and gave some good product recommendations. Overall, the experience was ok.

        Kaylie did an AMAZING job waxing/tinting my brows today. I recently moved to the area and always went to the same person to do my brows so I was terrified of going to someone new lol but she exceeded my expectations & is my new go to!! Thank you Kaylie!!!

        Kaylie is the best!! I hadnt gotten my brows done in so long because I never trusted anyone to keep their natural appearance, and she listened to my preferences and absolutely surpassed my expectations! She enhanced my natural brow shape, rather than trying to make them something theyre not and they looked incredible! So happy with them and will absolutely be returning :)

      Hi Terry. I’m very sorry to hear about this experience. When was your appnt with Luxe Face and Body ? We are not seeing your name in our system. I see you’re in Sarasota and our spa is in North Tampa (33612) And there is a spa with a similar name as ours close by you. Perhaps this review was meant for a Diff establishment?None of our staff have record of service with you. You also said “we” which leads us to believe it was a couples service or another person was with you. We also don’t have record of this. Lastly we dont have any broken equipment (that we know of). However, if you’ve booked under a different name and indeed has a less than stellar experience with our business I would love to connect with you to learn more and see how we provide better experience for you. As we strive to exceed service levels in all areas.
