South Tampa Wellness Spa - Therapy for the Mind & Body

PGA Tour golfer, came here to experience the float tank. Had some lower back pain after several days of swinging and walked out relaxed and an inch taller. I've tried just about all there is to make my body feel good and this thing's spectacular. Great meditation time as well, would recommend everyone at least give it a try.

I recently visited and was very impressed with the facility. I did a 60 float and thoroughly enjoyed it!

This place is the best! Highly recommend this wellness center to anyone who is seeking a stress-free and peaceful environment. The staff is so kind and caring and the float tank experience was both calming and beneficial to my overall health. Definitely check this place out!!

I didnt know what I was missing out on until I met Dr. Dan Its like he knows exactly what you need and has the best tableside manner and demeanor out of anyone Ive ever had a treatment from. Dr Dan has decades of knowledge around holistic care, he is so gentle, calming and professional. He truly genuinely cares about his patients and wants to help us through our ailments. I was inspired by him and had an incredible acupuncture treatment. Blown away by his knowledge and desire to help those in need!!! I also had an awesome deep tissue massage by Ryan who is very knowledgeable with sports massage and pain management. He worked on all my problem areas and I felt golden after I left. I cant wait to go back for my next treatment! Thank you S Tampa wellness spa for an amazing experience!
