WW Studio @ Courtyard by Marriott Tampa NW

last time I went to a workshop was pre-covid. In that year I had so many ups and downs losing 13 people. including the love of my life, my step dad and my step brother. Prior to WW I would had gained so much weigh, but I took what I learned in class. I went back to studio today and I am the exact same weight I was last time I weighed in over a year ago! I CAN do it, I CAN keep it off. 80 down, 80 to go!

I was reluctant to go to meetings, but am glad I tried. It helps by giving coping skills and camaraderie. It did take a couple tries to find a leader that suited me, so don't give up on first try.

I went to WW today because I needed to loose weight. I was greeted at the door. Next, step that I was not surprised by was giving me information on the pricing. Which I was really fine with. I was willing to commit to 6 months. But, that is not enough for WW they want you to leave your credit card on file for them to access when they felt like it. If you only wanted to renew for 3 months you would not have that option. It is ashame in todays world it is all about money and not the customer. Fortunately, for me their are more places for weight loss. What it really comes down to is one's desire to loose the weight.

I'm a returning member and I'm glad I went back. I've only been going for 1 week and I'm excited about being back. Everyone was friendly when I arrived and made me feel welcome. It's nice that they won't judge you for gaining weight.
