Chester's Discount Appliance

I bought a dryer from Chesters . They delivered it broken. I was had 5 days left to a 30 day warranty . The big fat Spanish lady at the front desk would not honor warranty. She wanted to know why I did not call in the problem sooner. I said I was working and my only day off was on Monday which is the day they are closed. She basically accused me of the problem and would not honor the warranty . She the worst costumer service and I will not ever give them my business again. I cut my losses with cheating Chesters and went back over to famous Tates where the costumer service and product are quality.

I bought 400.00 dryer from chesters and didn't have the ventalor that should have with it..I had to buy myself and dryer still did not work ..I called them the owner told me they will repair it but I have bring it in myself...otherwise I would have pay the an additional $140.00 for them pick up..STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD OF A BUSINESS

I recommend not to ever enter this store. The lady who works there is really rude and don't know how to talk to customers. She dont know how to win customers thank god i left and didn't buy nothing for her rudeness.

If I can give a zero star I will. My husband brought a refrigerator from the with in within 2 days the freezer wasn't working. The lady who answers the phone is really rude and have an NASTY NASTY ATTITUDE with her customers. I recommend not to buy anything from this store.
