        Tom at Bay to Bay did a terrific job repairing/replacing my driver's seat back. Perfect leather match and workmanship was excellent. He went above and beyond what he told me he would do. I highly recommend him

        Had a serious accident and asked Tom to make a simple cushion for my truck to rest my arm on. Arm was shattered and compound fractures. Three plates in my arm and I had to ask several times for a simple cushion to be made to help with the pain. I was put off several times and a year and a half later, the cushion was never made. What else needs to be said?
