Our daughter loves going. She has gotten family members to come & they love it. The folks here are really kind & nice. Setting & rescheduling sessions is super easy. All around a class act. Thank you for providing such a wonderful service.

My son went to this program for two months and i dont think they follow up or help him with his grades, they focus 45 minutes of every session doing assessment (which I dont mind) but they were not attending the tests and assignments he was having in his daily school activity, also they get a different tutor every time they go there so there was not a real follow up in consequence his grades has been the lowest ever since he was in this tutoring program. The director Bruce was not courteous when I went to talk about my son after asking him please to prepare for him tests, gave me the back and ignore me, rudeness is just his style of dealing with worried parents. . As a concern parent I did not have any courteous response from Bruce the manager, certainly I was upset for being ignore in my request for help but this guy just basically suggested my son was the problem. My son always performed well in math with a tutor except in this program. I should have Noticed that all the good reviews are 3,4,5 even 6 years ago !!!
