I WAS EXPECTING A DELIVERY TODAY. RYDER DELIVERY COMPANY DRIVERS UNEXPECTEDLY CAME TO MY HOME OUTSIDE OF DELIVERY WINDOW WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION TO CUSTOMER VIA PHONE OR EMAIL. WHEN I REACHED MY FRONT DOOR, DELIVERY DRIVERS WERE DRIVING AWAY. IMMEDIATELY CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO SAID I WOULD BE NOTIFIED BY THE WAREHOUSE TO REDELIVERY MY ITEM THE SAME DAY, BUT NEVER EVER RECEIVED A PHONE CALL. I THEN ATTEMPTED TO RESCHEDULE MY DELIVERY MYSELF ON THE RYDER WEBSITE, BUT JUST FOUND OUT MY DELIVERY WAS COMPLETELY CANCELLED NOW. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.

I can not say enough about Ryder Last Mile team and customer service staff, they went above and beyond when 1-Stop-Bedrooms failed me 4 times. They have a great support staff, awesome white glove installer and finally got me the right parts that 1-Stop-Bedrooms failed to do.
The only reason I have a fully functional bedroom set is due to Ryder Last Mile.
Awesome job, awesome folks, awesome teamwork.

This company cancelled my furniture order due to not having available staff. When I rescheduled the order, the delivery was cancelled again because Ryder "lost" the furniture. After another week, Ryder still could not find the furniture. After following up again, Ryder never called back with a status. When I called AGAIN, the manager stated that, "we can look for it again if you want." Unacceptable.

DO NOT ISE THIS COMPANY ****If I could rate negative stars I would, this company was supposed to be delivering our bed , first they called and canceled the scheduled delivery for that day, then rescheduled and never communicated when that they had rescheduled so I called to find out when it would be arriving and they told me if I couldnt do the day they had planned it would be today, Tuesday. Again no confirmation so I call to double check and now find out its never be scheduled to be delivered and the earliest they can is Friday which is ridiculous. Be aware
