DONT GO TO THIS TIRE SHOP !!!!!!!!! This is the worst tire shop to ever go to! I called at 3:07pm to ask about my tire I had a blow out he said give him 10mins I made it to him at 3:30 after waiting heading that way he said he was on lunch after waiting 30mins. Get there they have my tire wait another 40 mins for them to try to switch the tire out cuz they blew it trying to put it on. Then had a bad attitude worst customer service on top of being very slow.

The people who work there are beautiful. They treat you with respect and they will talk you through the process if you ask. No hesitation, no attitude, and very focused on completing the work.

They just lost a customer for sure. I went to change a tire, the employee there was rude and because the tire had a security nut he said he could not do nothing. When i was leaving owner said he could change the tire, he told the employee before saying no to anyone he should ask him first. When the owner turn his back the employee sat down on the floor made funy faces..Yes we laugh at the momento turning our heads but we consider disrespectful to the owner. Moving to the next part, asked owner how much would it be, he said $65 for the tire and $10 because where you put air in the tire was bad so i told him to change it.. $65 + $10= $75 i know about takes but when i got home look at the receipt because wife look at the bank account and the charge $94 plus some change. Called them up today (Moday) changed the tire saturday and spoke to the owner, he understood and told me to go by the shop for refund of the extra charge. His employee does not deserve this job, he is so rude.
