Cement Tile Shop

I had a shipping issue that was quickly resolved with one phone call. I answered any questions regarding the delivery and they answered any questions I had. Communication was prompt and the issue was handled professionally. This is how it should be done!

I picked my tile, Cannes III. Absolutely love the look of the tile. The problem is that it stains extremely easy and doesnt clean well. The tile was treated / sealed several times as recommended. I did call customer service and they recommended cleaning it with Simple Green. Still not clean. It is very disappointing to spend so much money on a tile that always looks dirty and dingy. I DO NOT recommend the Cannes III. Has anyone else experienced this?

They really are helpful - attentive and knowledgeable. Be advised that if you need mastic and spacers, they don't sell them so you'll have to get them from the tile store. All in all a great experience

Highly recommend! I have used tiles from them twice in our home. Now in our cafe space. The showroom is beautiful AND the husband & wife team are very helpful! Ordering samples is easy and they arrive next day in Florida! We went to the showroom this time - its worth a visit if in the area!
