Found a bunch of really good clothes but they were completely ruined with the tag going straight through the material! Who wants to buy clothes with holes in them! So sad.

Super unprofessional. They made me sell (forced refund after paying) my property because someone else had the tag. Before purchasing I verified multiple times that the sale was okay with the manager assistant, to which they confirmed multiple times yes. I paid, got a printed receipt, and go to the back to merchandise pickup, only to be told then that they wont let me take the chair that I bought and paid for (chair is still in the store) and that I need to do a refund. Then, despite doing a card payment the refund is only cash or store credit. How do these modern machines have the ability to take card payments but not do card refunds, like how every other business can? My boyfriend was nice and gave no issues with the refund, but if I was alone I would have made it an issue.
